Has anyone had any success purchasing tix thru Ebay??? Just wondered if that was the best way to save the most money? Any other tips would be great!
Thx,
Jason

Highly not recommended.

It is not safe to buy tickets from private parties.

No way to assure that the tickets are unused let alone having the number of days they were advertised to have. Used tickets regardless of vintage may not be used by a different person.

As well as ordering direct from Disney, there are authorized ticket sellers such as Ticketmania and Undercovertourist.

If a relative or friend wants you to have his/her unused tickets, it should be a gift and you can reciprocate when you get back. (a hint hint regarding eBay where this is perfectly possible and safe although unorthodox provided it is agreed upon before bidding.)

I don't think I would do this because there is no way to check on the # of days sitting on a ticket except for asking a CM at WDW itself. So if you buy a ticket and it doesn't have the right # of days on it or is already associated with someone elses fingerprint you won't be able to know there is a problem until you are at WDW. By that time it will be hard to deal with E-bay and your trip might be ruined by the both extra expense :scared1: and being upset.

I think I would avoid the e-bay tickets. You just don't know what you are getting. Depending on your length of stay I think the MYW tickets are a good value.
