Is it possible to use an adult ticket (MYW) that has unused days on it for admission for my 3 year old. This is why:

We are taking my MIL (plus my two kids, one under 3) for a week this year. We are also planning on returning a few months later when my son will be past 3 without my MIL. Therefore, we are considering getting a 10day non-expire MYW tickets and wish to use my MIL left over days for the 2nd trip. Since it is all in the same family...can't my son use his grandmother's ticket.

Nope. Not really. MYW tickets have names printed on them, and are non-transferable. With your MIL's name on the ticket, not only will the CM at the gate see an adult ticket, but they'll see an adult ticket with a female name. Which you'll be using for a male child. That will defnitely catch their eye.

So ... using MIL's leftover ticket for your 3 year old is probably not a good idea.

And adult MYW tickets require the use of the biometric scanner. It's doubtful that your 3 year old will fit MIL's biometric. ;)

I had no idea they use a biometric scanner for the new tickets! I am learning more about these new tickets everyday!
