MYW plus Dining &Fantasmic Dinner PKG???

Just got off the phone with a CM that said the fantasmic dinner pkg at H&V was not included in the dining plus package?? Is this true!! That makes no since b/c H&V is listed as a Dining plus restaurant. Anyone else hear this. Thanks,

Yes. We were told by Disney that you could not book any Fantasmic dinner package with the MYW plan.

That's too bad. I guess I'll have to book it anyway. Just the advantage of not having to lose too much precious time siiting and saving a place for the show makes it worth it.

I'll save that sit down meal on the MYW plan for our departure day....probably CP.

Someone recently posted they were able to use it at H&V with a $10.00 surcharge. If you do a search you may find it.

I was told the same thing. Then I read on this thread that for $10 you could upgrade the dining plan to include Fantasmic Dinner Pkg. I called about it and was told that it wasn't true. The CM said it's either included or not included, that there are no upgrades available unless you go with the premium dining package. If you go premium it's for the entire trip and not just one night.

Personally we are paying for H&V out of pocket for fantasmic because my two DD's could never wait two hours to do anything.

Got the same confirm as said here... Fantasmic pkg is NOT included... accding to three different CM's I've asked this past week.

I was told the same thing about FDP, so I have booked to pay for it myself. My question is do you have to purchase everyone in your group meals for the FDP tickets. I thought maybe we could go to Mama Melrose and have the little kids share a meal or eat off our plates, since our PS are quite early, we might not be really hungry and I'd hate to waste money buying everyone a full meal. Any ideas?

I think everyone has to buy a meal unless they are under 3.

I just got back from Disney yesterday! (my 1st trip ever!!!) and I was on the dining plan.

I had booked Hollywood and Vine Fantasmic Pkg before I left. When I paid for my meal, I told the CM I was on the dining plan, and she said no problem. It costs 2 credits for me and my husband.
