MYW dining ? I have NO idea!

Friends are going next spring with extended family(24 people!)They will be splitting up their families as far as rooms and meals go and were wondering if MYW dining would work for them.Here's my friends situation:she is stayng in a room with 2 very young kids,her husband is in another room with 2 teens.I believe her room key will say she has the dining plan with 2 kids,but on many occasions her husband may be somewhere else with the little kids and she will be dining with the teens.Will she be able to order her 3 adult meals even though her room key says 1 adult 2 children????I told her I'm sure she'd be ok,but may have to explain the situation to the server,but she thinks it's all too complicated.( I would really like to see her get the dining plan as something special for her family,they have had a few really horrible tragedies the last year and without it will be mostly sharing cs meals)TIA

On the second page, of the MYW brochure, the very last thing in italics says

"Note Upon checkin, all meals from the packge are combined into one central account for maximum flexibility. Any guest may use the meals from this central account any time during their package stay until all the meals are depleted."

Sounds like she's just fine.
