Just weondered if someone could help please??
We have booked flights only with MyTravel, but through a flight broker. The tickets arrived earlier this week - great no problem.
Today we received a letter from the flight broker enclosing a letter from MyTravel as our flight times have changed. We are not too unduly worried by this, but in this letter it states that flight only customers should ring the resort office 48 hours before returning home to confirm the flights home, and the number for this can be found in the holiday guide that was enclosed with our tickets.
Well, we had no such holiday guide.
I have rung the flight broker who told me to ring the MyTravel phone number on the tickets. This is not recognised!! So I rang them back and they have given me a phone number for the resort office, but I am not convinced that this is right.
I have tried ringing the Customer Services number on the bottom of the flight change letter received from My Travel. Waited in a queue for 25 minutes, then it cut me off. Been onto the MyTravel website to find any alternative numbers, but cannot find anything relevant, so just rang the pre-services number, but again a long queue and no joy.
What I would really like to know is:
Does anyone have a phone number or e-mail address so that I can contact MyTravel to request a copy of this holiday guide, as I am assuming there be other information in there that we need? Perhaps if any of you are travel agents, you may have a number or e-mail address?
Or, does anyone have a holiday guide for MyTravel that they do not need? Perhaps you have already been and returned, but still have the guide lying around??
If not, does anyone know the telephone number and address of the resort office in Orlando. We may want to use the early check-in for our return home, and obviously need to know where we are going to check-in.
Any help gratefully received, as I seem to be going round in circles.
Many thanks
