Hi all. I just wanted to drop a quick line and let you all know a semi-major overhaul of the menu is in the works for implementation on Monday, 10/10. With Confisco's closed, we are now the only sit down establishment in IOA, so we are adding some items that would not normally be there until business picks up and Confisco reopens.
Right now, I can tell you off is the Toamto Soup, the seared scallop dish, shrimp tasso, and short ribs. The gnocchi is changing slighly, to have a skewer of shrimp and a different sauce. We won't be having a wrap of the day, only a constant wrap. On the menu will be a tortilla soup, miami-style wings, a vegetarian quesadilla (which I helped create), coffee barbecued ribs, a pear and chicken pasta...and...oh, a pbandj rollup for the kids.
When I have specific details on the items and their presentations, I'll post em! Keep in mind we are trying to appeal to a broader clientel. Though I'm not exactly thrilled about it, you all are assured we're taking soemthing as ordinary as chix wings and giving them the mythos tough so they aren't what you are expecting.
