Mythos how long and other ?s

We are doing both parks in 1 day Wednesday Dec 3rd. (buying EP too)
I just made a 1:00 reservation at Mythos.
Can anyone tell me how long I should allow? Also, when looking at a map, is this close to where we could get to the HP train to take over to Uni, or are we better off heading out main entrance?
This will be our last stop before heading over to Universal and I want to make sure it makes sense.

Also, how are the portions? Enough to split a meal, or just regular sized? I have a meal budget for our week, and have a few ADRs at WDW, so trying to plan ahead and decide if I need to cancel one of those.

At Mythos i would allow 30-60 minutes. Yes Mythos is really close to HE station. The question is how busy will it be? The portions are average size but some you might be able to split.
