I would really like to try Mythos, but from looking at the menus my three kids (12, 10, and 10) would likely only want something from the kids menu. The kids' menu from Allears says only for 9 and under.
I understand paying an adult admission price for a 10 yr old b/c they use the rides as much as anyone. I also understand if its a buffet type meal (even though 9 seems a bit young). But if you are buying off the kids menu, you are only getting a set amount of food and service, whether you are 9 or 29.
Do you think they would let my kids order a kids meal if thats what the kids want? I'm not trying to be cheap, I just don't want to waste the food or the money!

Anyone can eat off their kids' menu. A lot of us adults do!!!

We were at Mythos last Oct and my kids 12 and 10 had no problem ordering from the kids menu.

Great, thanks! I just saw the menu on allears that said 9 and under. I agree..very often the size of the kids menu items is all I need or want. Especially after a day of snacking at the parks.

My youngest son is 13 and he eats off the Mythos' kids menu all the time. They never hassle you about it.

If you scroll down a bit on this page, there was just a thread called "Verdict on Mythos" in which I asked the same question, but my kids will be 12, 14, and 15. I feel the same way - I don't mind paying for say an adult portion of chicken nuggets at an adult price for my 15 year old, or paying for a kids portion, but I don't want to pay adult prices for menu options that he just won't eat (and I didn't see any!) You can see the responses I got there which pretty much agree that it would be fine. I'm hoping so since I think we might try it now - for the atmosphere for the kids and the food for us!

for a while the only way to get a Fillet Mignon at Mythos was to order it off the kids menu.

Just ask for Bonnie, or John, or Ellen as a server and they will make sure you get just what you want:cool2:
