Mystery Reservation...

So I received a reservation booklet today for a reservation at the end of this month for Bay Lake. I DID NOT make this reservation. I looked back through my emails and apparently I received an email confirmation for it...but my membership number is not listed. I just went through all my memberships and it's listed no where under upcoming reservations.
I tried to link it to my Disney experience account to see if I could get more reservation details and it won't link. WEIRD.
Has anyone else ever had a reservation just appear? I'm very interested to see what member services says. I'm not missing any points, I had no waitlists - there is no reason this reservation should have been.

Well MS was able to tell me which membership # was used and apparently it was made and then cancelled.

'tis odd, indeed. And a shame that they sent paperwork for a cancelled reservation. Perhaps this will trigger some tweaks in their system. (One can only hope.)

I had a phantom reservation which appeared for a while, I had wait listed VGF but changed my mind and deactivated. A few days later a VGF reservation complete with reservation number appeared in my bookings but no points were taken. I called to cancel it but was told the number didn't exist in fact MS couldn't even see what I was seeing. It stayed about 6 weeks then disappeared.

I logged on today and my dashboard said I had no upcoming vacations despite having 2 rooms booked in May. I panicked for a second but then realized the current point total was correct and double checked MDE app (reservation still showing). I signed out and signed back in and there were my reservations right on the main dashboard page like they are supposed to be-so weird
