We flew to Myrtle Beach with them a few years ago. We weren't impressed by their customer service, or lack thereof. Our flight time home was supposed to be at 3:30. We showed up, checked our bags & when we got to our gate the flight time was posted at 6:00! We even called before we left to go to the Myrtle Beach Airport to confirm the time. I asked the info lady at the desk (not the direct air desk since there was no one in sight at that desk) what was going on & her reply was "they've had this flight time for the last few months! When asked why we were told 3:30 they couldn`t answer me. We were angry. Showed up at 1:30 for a 3:30 flight only to have to wait until 6! There were a lot of angry people.
On our flight down there was a hurricane going thru Myrtle Beach the night before. We called & called & called them on our departure date to see what we should do as the tail end of the hurricane was still there in the morning as per CNN, we wanted to know if our flight would be delayed, etc & for 6 hours their lines were busy. I finally called direct to the Myrtle Beach airport to see what was going on & they couldn`t help me. We had to know in order to know if we should even go to the airport. An hour before we were scheduled to leave they finally opened their lines, told us to come at regular time. Our flight ended up being delayed by 3 hours because of the hurricane.
They never really seemed to know what was going on, couldn`t ever give any answers on anything, personally we wouldn`t fly with them again, but it is hard to get cheap flights to Myrtle Beach. We`re lucky we hate Myrtle Beach & won`t return there again anyways.
