MyResortNetwork.com.....

Anyone hear of this site for timeshare resales? They seem to have many DVC's listed and I was wondering if anyone had any experience with the site. It looks like just it is a "posting vehicle" for other companies to sell their properties...?

it is a free site (you pay if it works for you).

when redweek start to charge not only for posting, reviews and any changes...

then alot of these.... quit putting there.

they promise their clients they would list....so they are listing.... but with DVC they generally don't have a problem selling. Not so the other timeshares...

I am using it and it seems to get people to look at my ads.... now if I could just sell the thing I would be happy....

one problem I had was these people who answer you ads actually expect you to call them. they don't answer back when you email them.....

LOL....that's funny because I'm interested in email correspondence more than phone calls!!

Just curious: what resort are you selling?

Just about all the "FSBO" sites I used to check on a regular basis have been taken over by licensed real estate agents. It doesn't really matter so much with DVC because ROFR controls the price per point, but with other timeshares it might make a difference whether or not a commission is being paid by the seller.
