MyPoints/Tupperware

I just made a tupperware purchase using the "monthly" Tupperward link on my points (under today's features.) I go to click on the link to get the 800 points and it comes up saying the offer has expired. Is this normal for MyPoints to leave up an offer that has expired? Of course, I contact Tupperware and they say they cannot cancel the order once it has been place. Any suggestions?

I had the same problem and emailed them. I got the typical "email us after 20 days and if it's a valid purchase/promotion they'll credit it then". I haven't made another purchase there since yesterday to try. I tried to sign up for the Franklin Covey 20 pts. signup and it says on the site that it's valid until Feb. but I get the same response you got on Tupperware when I click on the mypoints banner on the final page. I emailed them about that also and they told me to send them the confirmation email. Duh...there's not one.
