MyPoints - Simple point survey

Just completed a 5 point Health Survey in the simple points section. I answered that I have allergies and it redirected me to Pfizer for Living. If you sign-up for the Prizer for Living newsletter you receive another 50 points! I didn't get a pop-up but I do have a confirming email from Pfizer to make sure the points are credited later.
