Have any of you redeemed for Amazon.com? Do they e-mail the code or physically mail it? It sounded like they mail it...I just want to be sure that I don't miss it! Thanks!
 
I just went through that. My husband ordered some and THEN asked.. the mail it. I could just smack that man.
