MyPoints Policy on Returns and/or Exchanges?

I ordered from JcPenny when they had their special, over $100 for 1500 points. I received the merchandise and the points are pending. The thing is one of the items does not fit properly. I need to send it back. Will I lose any of my points on this if I get credit back or exchange them for something else?

I don't know about exchanges, but they might take your points away for a return. Any way you can take it to a store and exchange it. They might not notice that way. But I really don't know.

When I returned something to Wal-Mart.com the points were removed from my account very quickly.
