Lately I've noticed that I have had to email MyPoints for EVERY transaction I've made. In the past couple of months I've ordered from Reflect (twice), a book club, Tupperware, Gift certificates.com, Disney, buy.com, and a few others. I think only the tupperware showed up. I write about one thing at a time so as not to confuse them - watch them tell me that they already credited Reflect, which is why I am saving both emails.

I think it's gotten worse since they instituted the Mypoints cookie test - which is supposed to help!!!!!

I'm fighting over getting 2 sets of 300 points I am owed (300 from Office Depot and 300 from 123Inkjets). I am up to my fourth email/request on each. Of course each time I get the standard "there has been a techical difficulty in posting your points. Please allow an additional 5 days" spiel.

Frnkly, I'm getting a little miffed! I need at least on of the to post very soon so I will have enough points to order my 4 gas cards for my 10/4 Disney trip. I was wanting to cash out no later than next Wed or so to allow 6 weeks for them to arrive.

I have an additional 124 points waiting to post. Those were ones I had to email about, too (REI and something else). When they posted them, they put a 30 day wait on them being available to spend :mad: . Why is that? I already had to wait more than 30 days before I could email them about not posting! So that's a total of 60+ days. Not fair!!!

My Tupperware and JC Penneys points posted no problem ...
 
I agree. I have been emailing them also about each and every purchase except Tupperware and every sign up offer I have done through them.
 
I just emailed them (for the SECOND time) about OfficeDepot. The first response was that I had to wait up to 20 days for the points to post. WHY??? Before I placed my order last week there was a statement in the "Promotion/Coupon" area that said "A link to claim your MyPoints bonus will appear on the Confirmation page" But when I was finished checking out, there was no link. I figured, ok, I'll give them the 20 days, maybe they changed the policy. Then today I get a BonusMail from MyPoints for shopping at OfficeDepot and at the bottom where the terms are there is NOTHING stated there either about having to wait 20 days for the points to credit, so off another email went. Lets see what happens....

In all my years with MyPoints I have never had to email them to credit points. Makes doing RP not so enjoyable anymore. Good luck to everyone else on getting your points!:D
 

Had to email them 4 times to get my AOL points over a 2 month period. They kept saying to wait until such and such a date, or x amount of days, and my account would be credited -- but it never was. Once they gave me a 1000 point credit, but the offer was for 2500 points. Now they've added 2000 points, for a total of 3000?!? Where did that amount come from? :rolleyes:
 
Woo hoo! I finally got my 2 300-point jobs!!! Guess begging helped???

Now to figure out which kinds of gas cards to pick ... I'm looking at the I95 page to see what gas stations are at each exit so I pick a common. Sure don;t want to get all ARCO cards as you rarely see an ARCO around here - LOL!
 
I think the Mypoints people are crazy! I never had these problems before.

After 2 successive emails about Fox, I received a 100 pt. credit - it should have been 750. Now today I see another credit for the 750. I emailed them yesterday morning about missing points for the book club - and I haven't received an answer. They used to get back within 24 hrs.

It sure takes the fun out of these programs - I wanted to get a webbie before I left in October.

Straitlover - Try Citgo - they seemed to be very popular on the I95 exits. I drove down after 9/11 and stopped at Citgos along the way.

Wouldn't you know it? Mypoints did respond to me - telling me my email to them was blank. I think they are having major problems and they aren't telling us about it.
 
While I had no problems getting my 800 points for Tupperware, for the last several days, I have not been getting any credits for reading emails. I should have accumulated at least 50-100 points over the last 3-4 days, but my point balance is staying the same. I guess I'll email them and let them know (not that they don't already!).
