MyPoints Help Please

Hi all!:wave:

On 12/20/03 I signed up for 2 different earn points offers. I received both offers via email, but for the first time ever, I didn't document everything as well as I should.

I signed up for Crafter's Choice and Highlights for Children's Puzzlemania Club. At the time I committed to memory the number of points I was to earn for each offer so that I could do as I usually do and document it in a Word file that I keep on my desktop. HOWEVER, I was interrupted and my attentions had to immediately be focused elsewhere......and now I have no idea how many points I should earn. :crazy:

The "pending points" have not shown up on my account yet, and what bothers me even more is that I think at least one of these points offers was a pop-up box for earning the points. A couple of days later, I noticed that a pop-up blocker had been installed on my computer that I did not know about, so I'm wondering if this is why I didn't get my pop up box when I clicked on the link.

Anyway.....does anyone remember these offers? I've searched the MyPoints website for the Crafter's Choice offer, but it is not listed on the site. I've also looked under books for the Highlights offer, but I can't find it either. Anyone out there have any info that might help me? Number of points I was to earn, etc?

Also, since I did get confirmation emails from both signups for these clubs, do I still have a shot at earning the points if I contact MyPoints customer service?

Thanks in advance for any help you can offer. I know that the more I know before I contact MyPoints.com, the better chance I have to receive my earned points.
 
I don't recall the number of points that those email offers were worth but I can tell you that as long as you saved your confirmation emails, you stand a chance to get your points from MyPoints.

Wait the usual "20 business days" for the points to show up in your account and then email member care with a copy of your confimation emails. Do a separate email for each purchase. You will get an autoresponse email very quickly and within 48 hours, you should get an email from a real person in member care.
