Mypoints help needed.

I have been lurking for over a year now. With all your help we had a wonderful first trip to WDW last november to WDW.

i have never had a problem with Mypoints.com before. I don't get emails for points but they have alway taken care of any problems quickly - well until this year. I bought some things from 2 store thru their site in late January. The points have never been posted to my account. I have written them 6 time and have never received a response - not evern the automated one. Does anyone have a phone number or any suggustions? I was hoping to use some of my points for a trip to Dl next month.

Hi rmom & congrats on your 1st post. I'm sorry to hear you're having problems with MyPoints. I found a link on their website to their corporate offices. The phone # is listed as (415) 676-3700. I was kind of surprised to find there was no phone # listed on the site itself.
Hope this helps straighten out your problem!
 
Thanks mowsie dreamer! I called and someone is taking care of it. I also found out that they have been sending me emails and I haven't recieved any of them.

Do you have some sort of spam filter on your email? Maybe the emails are being blocked by your isp. I have a yahoo account that I use for reward programs, shopping, etc. I haven't had any problems with not receiving emails (except for a large email my dad tried to send-he got a digital camera & was trying to send too many pictures at once)
 
I set up an email account at excite.com because I was having problems receiving emails from them at AOL.
