Mypoints disabled

Has anyone had their Mypoints account disabled lately? My was last week and I e-mailed them last week and am still waiting to hear from them.

When this happened to DH, we had to fax a copy of his driver's license to them to establish that we were two different people. We had been using one computer to do both mypoints accounts. Thankfully, we've been able to stop that....and use separate computers to do the different mypoints accounts.
As I remember i didn't even wait for them to tell me, but faxed the license and a note asking for reinstatement without them asking, after reading that on one of the message boards. His account was reinstated shortly thereafter.

although I still don't know why as I am the only one in the house that does rewards.

BUt like cuterlt suggested just fax the drivers license you can black out any info except for the name and address it reallt wasn't that big of a deal and went smooth

I hope everything gets worked out. I haven't had it happen to me, but others have posted that it happened to them and successfully resolved it. Good luck!
