I am going nuts with the whole myponts thing. Ever since they had us adjust our browser settings, I have to constantly email them to get them to credit my points. Once again, they have incorrectly credited me. Last time it was a David's cookie order (they only credited 5 points) and this time it's BabyAge - only 2 points!!!! You get more than that for clicking on an offer!!!

If I had been correctly credited I would have had enough for another webbie long before Disney. Instead, I gotta keep fighting!

I am having trouble getting credited for purchases as well. It is really getting bad. We shouldn't have to fight to get the credit we were promised to beging with.

Not only am I not getting credit for ANY purchases, once I write them and they tell me they will credit my account I am STILL not getting the points. That hasn't happened in all cases, although they NEVER post in 5 business days like the email says they will, but I have been fighting over Magazine.com points for months now.

I love My Points and have been doing it for years now, but I am afraid once I get all the points I've earned at this point I am going to have to hang it up. Ugh. I don't want to. :o

Any advice anyone?

Cindy

Take a good look at your MyPoints certs when you get them. I redeemed points in June for RFC certs and got them in July. When I went to use them in October, I noticed they expired on July 15th. The Manager still took them and said they did not really expire, but what if it was another manager that did not know that policy.

I noticed when I purchased a book from Barnes & Noble.com at first I only got 2 points within a couple of days of the purchase, then about 2 weeks later I got the correct number of points. I think they actually credited my 2 points for when they ran my credit card for $1 for verification, then when the credit card was run when the books were shipped, I got the rest of the points.

We have AOL & I always thought I wasn't getting the points because of that. It takes FOREVER to get a purchase properly credited! Normally, I wait exactly 30 days from order & then e-mail them the confirmation, wait 2-4 weeks for an answer & then have to wait another full 30 day (at least) for the credit. Its pretty bad when you have to have an e-mail folder titled "Pending Points" just because they don't follow through!!! If any of us ran our business this way, we'd be out of business in no time!

i'm due 814 points from babyage.com plus the 100 bonus points for buying in august. everytime i write they say it'll be credited.....it's been almost 2 months now.....what can we do?

heard from mypoints again this morning....said they have a problem with babyage.com.....only 2 points are credited per transaction....they said they would fix it (again) and give me 25 bonus points...we'll see.

Same problem here. I emailed after the 20-30 initial days, then they said 5 business days, I had to email again when those were up, and the last time they actually emailed back and told me the points "will be credited soon" -- SOON?!? What is that supposed to mean?!? UGH

I also ordered from Magazines.com last week and they credited my account for 1 point per $1 spent two different times yet the email I had responded to said I would get 10 points per $1 spent.

I'm still going back and forth with them for the 2400+ points I was supposed to get from a Dell purchase last month. Their email said to wait another 5 business days so I'm waiting...

Still haven't got my points from a Barnes and Noble purchase too.

I feel as if MyPoints has become my Penpal as I'm emailing them so often!
