Mypoints - Christmas shopping points?

Has everyone been credited with their Christmas shopping points? I received my 2000 AOL points today, but have not shown anything as pending for those points I racked up over the Christmas shopping season.

Anyone else having this problem? Should I wait a little while longer or ship them an e-mail?

I had to e-mail them about the points I was due for December shopping. The points were supposed to be added at the end of January but mine didn't show. I e-mailed them and they responded that my extra shopping points would be added at the end of February. For some reason, some of the December points I earned were pending until mid-February, so they apparently will not add the extra points until everything is off the pending list and in the earned column. So I am still waiting for those points!

I recently got almost 500 pts credited last month. In all honesty, I'd forgotten all about that promotion by the time they credited my account

You should be fine. Just e-mail a copy of your order confirmation from the companies you shopped. MyPoints has been really good in the past to correct problems, you shouldn't have any trouble.

But had a HUGE purchase from KBToys that did not credit for the regular points. When I sent it in for the credit I made sure to point out it should be included in the extra points as well. The email I got back said they would all be posted together for me by the end of December.

Did you have something "odd" happen with your eligible points? Something that didn't credit automatically? Or a return? Maybe those of us still waiting are those folks and ours has to be checked manually or something.

I got mine. I would definitely let them know because it should have been credited by now.

I ususally email them within 2-3 weeks if nothing has shown up in my pending points... it can't hurt to email them!
