MyPoints cash out process

Hi there! On 12/27 I cashed out on MyPoints for a $25 GC for Rainforest Cafe. I still have a lot of pts available. My question is how long before they really process it? The status has been "process pending" since 12/28. We are going to WDW the end of Feb and would like to have it for the trip. Will this happen?? Thanks

I would think you'll be fine. MyPoints tends to slow down around the Holidays (I think everyone just takes off--don't know that for sure, but it sure seems like it). So they're probably playing catching up. Of course that's all just my opinion.

I think it took about a week the last time I cashed out for RFC this Fall. Last year I cashed out mid-December, and it came in 3.5 weeks--just in time for our trip in January.

I also have this same question. I cashed out on 12/21 hoping to get my gift certificates before we leave for our trip (30 days). My account still says, "Pending" too. I did email them today to inquire about the situation. We'll see what happens...I have also cashed out wtih Kidzeyes and haven't received anything from them either. I am going to email them and ask about that situation too!!
