This ticks me off! I remember when they opened the new site, the point values for Best Buy kept changing...some pages said 2 points, another said 5 points. Well I made a purchase and on the page it said 5 points per dollar, I WOULD NOT HAVE BOUGHT the printer from Best Buy if it were only 2 points per dollar, because I would have just got something cheaper.
Well I emailed MyPoints because I didn't get any credit for the purchase (what's new?) so I emailed them and got a response saying that "if I can prove that the offer was for 5 points per dollar" then I can get the points. Well I can't prove it (it was on the website) so I'll take 2 points per dollar, but they need to stop changing the point values!
