I only do MP for the e-mail clicks and my Bzzz awards, very few offers and no shopping. Up to last week I could look at a three month list of credits. Today I can only see one week - starting today. :confused3 Am I missing something? Did they change the lay out? Since many items pend for over a month - I like to keep track of when I did them and when/if they credit. Anyone know?
 
I don't know too much about mypoints, but since the end of the month fell on a weekend, it might be in the process of updating databases.

Most likely will show up again on next business day (Monday).
 
I hadn't been in my MP account for a few days, so I just logged in to check it out. Mine also only shows the last 3 things that I did (which were click emails this afternoon). Hoping the OP is correct when it was mentioned that maybe with the change in the month, therre is a delay.
 
Thanks - I guess that makes sense. I'll check mid-week and see if it is back to normal.
 

I noticed that this weekend also. I just checked my account and the weekly statement button is back so you can view past weeks histories.
 
Is anyone else having a very tough time getting their points credited? I'm extremely frustrated right now. I use Mypoints all the time for online purchases. In November when I started xmas shopping, I started keeping a list of purchases and the pts per dollar, etc. I would say between November and December I had to file a request for points maybe 1 out of 5 purchases - not terrible.

However, in January they had a month of "resolution solution" bonus opportunities and I have gotten NONE of those points. I'm sooooo irritated. I linked thru the mypoints site into those bonuses and I have all of the email receipts and am currently awaiting over 2400 points. Even more frustrating is that when you inquire now you get a reply stating they are checking with the merchant on your behalf and to give them up to 14 business days to credit any missing points. The history only goes back 3 months so there is a possibility that the issues won't be resolved before the history falls off the acct and then I suppose I'll never get the points.

I know no one here has a magic solution for me but I just needed to vent.
 
Sounds similar to the issue that occurred with ebates. The stores are struggling to stay afloat (look how many closings have been mentioned lately.) When it comes time to pay the bills - affiliates/reward sites are at the bottom of the list. If the store does not pay the reward site, most will not eat the loss. Therefore, they do not pay you. I think it at a point where it is a gift. If the reward comes through, good for you. I would not count on 100% payouts anymore.

As for the bonuses - that is just bad business. But, my guess is the bonus money is part of the "profit" that MyPoints makes. So, if they didn't get paid - they won't pay you.

I think you are spot on tracking your purchases and keeping your receipts. I would inquire again on the 14 day point. And, I would start questioning right at the window they give for credits. (I don't shop there - is it 30 days?) And don't forget - if you do not receive satisfaction - there are a lot of other reward shopping sites.
