Also does anyone know if I enter the park with my regular AP RFID card..would I be able to pull regular fast passes AS WELL as use the fastpass+ with my magic band.

We were just there this weekend. We used our APs for FPs, and planning to do that next month too.

I was a tester at AKL last month. I am here again and staying at WL. WL is not a test resort. IT told me WL should be able to link my room here to my MB. The CM and supervisor were both afraid to try. The manager jumped at the chance to try to link and it worked!! All features are fully functional and I still love it! Thank you WL cast members!

You only need to enter with your magicband. It will activate your physical AP so it can pull FPs. You can use the FP+ with your MB as well.

I have a question that I'm thinking you might be able to answer.

Are you able to book additional FP+s when in the park, i.e. a 4th one beyond the 3 that you pre-book (or a 5th one in MK if you were able to pre-book a 4th "bonus" FP+ there)?

Or do you have to wait until your first FP+ time is reached in order to book a new FP+ ? (I'm assuming you are able to do this.) I'm also assuming that you are eligible for a new FP+ regardless of whether or not you actually use the first FP+ or not, correct?

No. You only get the 3 (or 4 with bonus). It is a finite number of FP+. But if that isn't enough then standard FP is still available to use.

How do I link my park tickets to MDE? I have a MYW package and have linked my reservation to MDE, but the park tickets don't show up. I have customized my MBs with no problem but cannot get any FP+ ?? Can anyone help?

Did you just link the reservation today? I think it can take a day or two for the tickets to show up...but you shouldn't need to do anything.

If it's been a while and they still don't show up, I'd call.

So 4 of us staying at POR so we will be eligible for MB and FP+ but have other members of family staying at OKW on dvc, is there anyway to add them to my group a they get MB too?

Planning a last minute trip and its easier to put a deposit on room only then add tickets instead of paying it off all at once like you need to inside 45 days with MYW package. THANKS

As long as you have a valid ticket linked to your profile and a room reservation at a testing resort also linked, you should be all set. No requirement for a package.

If you don't add tickets until later, you won't be able to start making your FP+ reservations until you do.

How long does it take before the linked tickets show on MDE? Is it instantaneous? I linked tickets to my MDE but they don't show under Tickets but they show under Manage my Magicbands instead.

If they were RFID tickets already, that is where you would find them. It used to be "MagicBands and Cards", but for some reason they dropped "Cards" - but they are still there.

Thanks for reply, CM I talked to said I needed a MYW package for fast pass plus, similar to the way you need a MYW package to use dining plan. I am going to call back tomorrow to see what they say. I am hoping to do room only then add tickets a few nights before we leave. I am not to picky about our fast pass plus times, and we are going soon, so Im thinking it should be ok to add them right before. I guess I will find out!!!!

No I can't make FP+ reservations. I bought the tickets from UT and the resort room only was thru hotels.com and not directly from Disney. I don't know if I have or am entitled to the Magic your Way Package.

You have MB? If you link you can should be able to? Did you link them? Doesn't matter that you got them from UT. If they are MYW they can be linked.

Yes I linked all the park tickets and they were all successful. They show up under Manage MagicBands under each of my family and friends. They show as a green ticket though and not bands. Tried to access FP+ but I got the calendar but can't pick FP+
