Is it just me or can nobody else see their balance due since they updated the system and changed the confirmation numbers? I cannot see my balance to make a payment online, anyone else having this problem?
 
I can't see my balance either, nor am I able to make any changes to my reservation. I have a new confirmation number, but haven't received an email about it yet. I really hope they get it straightened out soon :worried:

Why this occurred:

WDW needed to FREEZE their current DataBase. They did this to implement a change to primary reservation keys.
This is a very SERIOUS back end Database issue.... and not one that any Computer person wants to perform on a LIVE transaction system.

HOWEVER - WDW provided NO Advance Warning for this action. That is the mark of a rank amateur IT organization.
 

I still can't make changes to my resort stay. I can make or cancel a reservation, just not change it. It's like they'd rather I cancelled...

I have never been able to change my reservation via MDE. I have always had to call even though the button was there, I would always get an error.

I've changed reservations countless times on MDE, so I know the system has the capability. It just isn't working now (or last week). Annoying because I much prefer doing this online to calling in.

Oh I know what you mean about calling. I was so happy when the rolled out the option to make changes online, but I have never been able to. So frustrating. :badpc:
 
I just went to the site and it was unable to pull up any of my info. I am going to be VERY upset if this affects my fastpass selections tomorrow!! :sad:

Really? You might want to call on that one. I can see all of my info except for the financial part (cost of trip, how much I owe, ability to make a payment). I can see all of my ADRs, tickets, Magic Bands, etc. I'm not within my Fastpass window yet.
