Mydisneyexperience mess up?

I was looking at the "Mydisneyexperience" ap. it is for my husbands account. Apparently, there are two profiles listed under his account. The main profile doesn't have anything linked with it (reservations etc); however, under friends and family and tickets/magic bands it lists all of us including another "my husband". So everything shows up, but it's all under friends and family and not the main "profile husband". Will this effect anything? How do I make the "friends and family husband" be the same as the main profile husband. Again both names are exactly the same.

I had the same thing happen to my account in regards to DS's account. I did have to call and have them straighten it up. Expect a long phone call.
 
I had the same thing happen. I had two records for my Dad in MDE. His magicband wasn't linked to his park ticket, FP, or room. The concierge at BCV was able to fix everything except his FP+. The days all 7 of us had the same FP+, it was fine. The days we had split FP+ it was all messed up.

I had a weird issue my disney experience app, it would not let me make my fastpass+ selections for our sat day. The rest of my family had no issues. Turns out I had 2 different email and that somehow was screwing it up. This was after the fp+ plus person tried to tell me that it would not let you make fp+ for you last day.
 
oh boy just got off a long phone call and no resolving the problem as yet...I also had 2 accounts and i cannot access any of my plans or fp or anything...she said they will call me in 5 days!!!
 
This happened to me too. Somehow I had the same email account loaded in twice on the Disney Movie Club Rewards site, and when I chose one it corrupted my MDE profile. A call to IT fixed it, it was a longish call. PP don't wait for a call back in 5 days if you have bookings that are gone, call back and talk to someone else.
 
This happened to me too. I called and they fixed it - about 30 minutes on the phone
 
I had the same problem back in March.. There were 2 entry's for my GS that were the cause of several problems I had perceived as just regular glitches. I phoned, was redirected then after about a half hour on the line with IT I was told they would work on it & call me back. I had several emails followed by a phone call the next day telling me they'd resolved the issue & cleaned up my account. So far so good.... Fingers crossed it stays that way!

OnceUponATime - Do you happen to have an actual email address??? (I tried to use the email "function" on the DW website but it's not responding - can write the email, but it won't "send - tried both IE and Google Chrome...)
 
Does anyone know if my friends and I can attach our two parties? We didn't know how to add each other, but we were perfectly synced within an hour of all our FastPass choices. We went to hit FINALIZE and ridiculously the dumb Disney site hung up and we had to start over. When we went to do it again, we are now off by one hole hour on Tower Of Terror and won't be able to go together (one of our favorites!) so I am wondering how we can merge our accounts or if there is a way to do so. I didn't even know how to do any of this or that we could on the App until several days ago. The other party had ticket numbers and I had to scan our tickets but it did work, but I don't know how to add the 3 of them to the 4 of us...

I contacted them both by phone & the email link on the "contact us" page on the website. The actual way that worked to contact IT was with a direct phone number I received from the CM who took my original phone call on the main phone number. That number lead to the technician who ended up being the one assigned to correct my issues.

My return email came via 'Walt Disney World Guest Mail' - the tech who worked on my problem was a Bernie Phipps
