My Wife Makes Me Laugh At Times

well we booked last night for nov anyway wife is not a huge scary coaster fan. to her space mountain is scary. well she told me last night as we where looking over our stuff that she hopes my dad or brother could join us for a day so we(her and i) could do "tower of terror" i so want to go with her on this ride

LOL I was terrified of ToT at first, it took me about 10 rides to relax while on it! LOL I hate heights and falling so it was really hard for me to do it. I'm so glad I did it though, I have so much fun on it now!!

You must have kids??? We will be there in Oct. I can believe she wants to go on that one, WOW! That is one of I think 2 rides I won't ride between DL and DCA. And yes my DH got me on it last time. I hated it and will not go on it again. I will do any roller coasters at DL or DCA.
We are going with another family and we just found out that the mom is afraid of POTC, OMG!!! I was shocked, thats the most mild ride in the park. Hope this makes you feel a little better about your wife.

yeah i have kids(4,4 and 10) so we have yet to be able to ride on anything together like tot. if my dad doesn't make it the wife said she's taking the 10 year old i took her when she was 8 and she said never again

My Daughter has been tall enough to ride TOT since she was 3 and it scared her a little at first but she couldn't wait to ride it again! She is 5 now and luckily she is tall enough and brave enough to ride with me since my husband doesn't like these type of rides!

I hated it at first too, in fact I felt like a dweeb because my DD6 loved it and I hated it! LOL Now that I've done it a few times I'm much more comfortable with it and actually look forward to it! LOL

It is scarier to drive on the LA freeways during rush hour than to ride the ToT ride. If you read the posts most folks seem to freak themselves out before they get on the ride. If you decide to go on it, it is a blast.
