I have been reading about all the concerns about the WDW germs. My only H1N1 concern is my youngest daughter who has Asthma type symptoms when she gets an cold.
So I thought I would share my plan in case anyone else was looking for suggestions. I am not a total health freak, but I do believe in trying natural alternatives. For the last several years I have been using high quality essential oils. I use them for sleep, congestion, motion sickness, tummy aches, coughs, colds, flu.. you name it.
I have started building up our immune systems, trip is less than a week away, nebulizing the house on a daily bases with essential oils that kills airborne germs and also build the immune system.
I plan on bringing with me the nebulizer and some germ killing oils and run that for a few hours to kill the germs in the hotel room before we occupy the room. We plan on dropping the luggage and then heading our for a meal and looking at some of the resort decorations. That will give the oils a few hours to kill the germs. Not much I can do at the parks beside bring tons of wipes and lotion. But hopefully between building up some immunity before hand and killing germs in the room I hope we come home healthy. I plan on running the nebulizer for a few hours when we return from the parks as well.
Just thought I would share my plan of action...
