After reading the boards and reading everyone's post I got myself extremely excited for my very first visit to Walt Disney World. To celebrate I made myself a countdown calendar. It's not perfect but I really like it.

I made it all by hand except for the "Disney Vacation" sticker obviously. Here's a photo of the finished product.

I created a blog post explaining how I made it along with more detailed photos. I won't post all the photos here. But you can head on over to my blog and check out how I made it.

Let me know what you guys think :) I had ALOT of fun making this and has made me more excited then ever. Can't wait to see all your comments!!! :D

EDIT: Guess I should explain how it works. I flip the little mickey heads backwards after that day has passed so the back is showing and it's blank. To show the countdown. :)

What a wonderful way to count down to your Disney trip. Hope you have a great time! :cool1:

I love it! Can you make me one to count down the next 10 months and 3 weeks????????:lmao:

Seriously though... it's so cute and a great idea!

Have FUN!:banana::banana::banana:

LOL...I need to make myself one of these to annoy my co-workers! They ask me about once a week 'how many days until Disney' so they can make fun of the fact that I actually do know how many days...167 days and counting down! Very CUTE!!!

If it didn't take me 4-5 hours to make this one I would gladly make everyone a calendar haha.

28 days left for me ....
