Well we just returned Sun. from 8 wonderful days at WDW. I have finaly had time to sit down and start my 1st trip report. I won't bore you with the details leading up to the actual trip, just because my life really isn't that interesting. I will say that I spent about a month making shirts for the Nov. 27 MVMCP(mostly taken up with procrastination), that we only got to display for half the night because off rain  , but more on that later. Now I have been back for a couple of day's but like I said we have been busy trring to get our life back on track as uasually happenes after our Vac. so I don't have any of the 600 photos uploaded yet, but hopefully I will be able to get to it soon. There are alot of great one and even more not so great ones, but hey they are still photos, and memories, that we can look back on and say hey that was when so and so happened. Or look at them and say what the he#$ is that of:confused3 ?????? I will also let you know now that I am one of the worst spellers out there so if you are not sure what I'm typing just try to sound it out the best you can. Thanks for understanding;) . To be continued.................

So here is the next installment, theses are going to very in length so please bear with me. This is a brief over view of our trip.

We went Nov.24-Dec. 2nd.

Stayed the 1st night Nov.24 at Fort wilderness (this place was HUGE)
Stayed night 2-7(Nov.25-Dec.1) at BCV It's was nice but we had some problems I will touch upon when the time comes.

So to start out we left out of Buffalo, NY(BUF) at 7:25 a.m, which ment that we were up at 4:30 in the morning, because we live about an hour away from Buffalo. But seeing how we were able to get a much, much cheaper direct flight to MCO, than we could out of Rochester we decided on BUF. We have decide that we will only trie to fly direct if possible. To us it's just nice to know that when you step on to the airplane, that when you step off it you will be in sunny(hopefully) Orlando. It's not for every one but it is the way we like to do it. So anyways, needless to say their was very little sleep to be had the night before, with last minute packing and all of our anticapation. I swear I'm like a 6 year old on christmas eve, the night befor we leave for WDW:rolleyes: . The airport and the flight were uneventful, thank goodness. We landed about 10:05 in Orlando YEAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH were are finally here :cool1: :dance3: , We rented a Mini-Van for our first night, This was my DW brilliant idea :wizard: ,Last year we switched resorts, 2 nights at CSR-6 nights at BWV, this is releavent because we had a awfull time with the switch and getting our luggage from CSR to BWV. They sent it over to CBR instead and we were with out our luggage for most of the day, with alot of head scartching from the CM at BWV saying they were unsure where our luggage was. We also wasted 3/4 of the day because of having to wait for our room at BWV, and not having our luggage ment we were with out our bathing suits, so passng the time in the clown pool was also out of the question. To say the least it was not a pleasent excperince, but a very valuble "Disney" lesson learned. Which my DW put to work this trip. We were able to Drive to FW, then we were able to drive over to BCV with all our luggage, to check it in with bell services, to wait until our room was ready. But now I'm getting ahead of myself...... Where was I???? oh yeah, We landed and got our Mini-Van. Now I posted a question on here about renting a MV and if it would hold 6 of us(BIL & SIL flew in Fri and visited her brother in Sarasota before driving up Sun.) We got our luggage and hopped across the Bus area to the parking garage where Alamo is located. I checked in and the attandent said all the way down to the last row is are MV. Pick the one you want the keys are in them :scared1: What I don't have one reserved for me...oh this might turn out bad.......But it didn't They have quite a lot of MV to chose from. We were able to get a 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan SE. It was white, with more than enough room for all of us plus our luggage. In fact I was kinda of kicking myself for not renting it for the whole week. But being wit hin walking distants to 2 of the 4 major parks ,it didn't seem logical. Any ways to tell you how new it was (the MV) it only had 238 mi. on it. I was very pleased with the MV, I would allmost think of buying one myself if I didn't like my Mazda so much. But this is not a vehiecle review so I will stop there wit hthe MV.
Now on to our first resort. We stayed at FW for the first night. Finding my way was very simple with the Directions I got from some other of my DIS family from another previous qustion. We got to FW about 11:30-12:00, The check in and out area fro this resort is very small and not meant to handle large # of people, Which I find strange fro a resort of this size. We had to wait about a 1/2 hour to get checked in, but our Cabin was ready so that made up for the wait. Now I have heard that this resort was BIG, but I also heard that about CSR ,and I didn't find it to be to large, I also heard it was to far to walk to MGM from the BWV or BCV, but we found it manageble(I understand that not everyone is capable of this and I'm not triing to call any one a liar, It's just my opionion)So I was skeptical to say the least. All I can say is this place is HUGE:eek: It is every bit as big as everyone says and then some. I just could not belive the size of this resort, and all the people who were camping there. If you have never been here and are planning onb staying here I have a couple of tips for you...
1: If you have a golf cart and the means to bring it do so
2: If you plan on using the bus service to get around FW, give yourself about 1hr (at least) extra time. It is horrible very very slow.
3: If you are planning on using you car to get around the resort grounds, forgetit, it's as useless as the busses. The closest parking to the main eating hall is about 1/2 mi. away so either plan on walikng or plan accordingly for bus travel.
4: In my opinoin the Camp Fire is over rated. The lady who was singing was awfull, sounded like she was losing her voice(I would not have done better so don't ask, also I'm not getting paid to do so) the camp fire were small and very cramped. We only stayed 15-20min then left.
5: If you can manage it, go during the christmas holiday, There were so many campsites that had decorations up it was unbelievable. Most of the time I think you can over do it with the inflatable decorations, but these people made it look awsome. I tried to take some pictures but I was unsucceful. You really need to see it to beleive it. If anyof those who had decorations up read this, You realy helped put my whole family in the christmas spirit with them. We all thank you.
Now back to the report. We stayed at site 627, it was one of the loops off from Pheseant (something) trail. We were overall very pleased with the Cabin. It has a full kitchen, the living room was okay sized. The murphy bed was a diffrent take on the the whole sleeper sofa thing, but the mattress still looked about the same. My DFIL & MIL slept here, there were no complaints about it the next morning, but then again they never do complain much. I think that is one of the reasons we so enjoy traveling with them. My DW kids and myself slept in the bedroom, witch was furnished with a full/Queen bed, and a set of bunk beds. My DD was very excited about the bunk beds because she has never got to sleep on the top bnk before. Due to the fact she moves around alot at night, and we have had problems in the past of her flopping of the beds at WDW. She has never been hurt luckily, We put her closest to the wall so when she does decided to take a header out of the bed she won't hit the night stand. We also like to put the extra comfoters down so she has a semi-soft landing(besides bouncing of the wall). These bunks had a very high railing on the top bunk so we felt confident that she wouldn't have any problems, and she didn't. So she loved being on the top bunk. Our bed was the typical resort bed, I really enjoy the firmness of these beds, but I wish the pillows were a little firmer to match. We did have a couple of Negatives, one being the Bus service around the parks, another was that at night you can really hear the Fireworks from MK and also EPCOT. I mean really hear them, They sounded like they were right above our cabin. This wouldn't usually be a problem ,but seeing how we were up so early we decide to hit the sack early(8:00 p.m), So we were just starting to get settled in when the action started. Although my MIL said she slept right through them.......:confused3 She must have been very tired.

Now That I have described our impression of the resort, in the next insatllment I will fill you in on how spent our first day at WDW.....until next time......

:thumbsup2 I'm on board... We were there the same time. I stayed at the BW. I am starting to write my trippie now too. Cannot wait to hear more.

Hi neighbor!!! We are right around the corner in Rochester. Can't wait to read the rest of your report. We were in the World at the same time 11/24-11/30.
