My upcoming trip...need help and guidance from the experts!!!

I also have another account that goes by SMW0507 (my gf/mine shared). This one is actually my very own account.

I am very excited to say for the past 2 weeks each day for every few minutes checking for reservation on 12/16/11 dinner at 'Ohana ...I finally got it just now at 7:50PM


Now I need some help from fellow Disney Lovers

We will be staying at the All-Stars Movies Resort from 12/13 - 12/17[leaving early ] with Dining Plan with hopper tickets


Arriving to MCO around 11:30am

this is what we planned out so far

12/13 ​

1PM Yakitori House (QS credit right?) then head back to the resort to checkin around 3pm?

question: can we check-in earlier, say...when we actually arrive?

8:30pm Coral Reef
9:30pm Illuminations

will there be buses back to the resort?

12/14​

Animal Kingdom for the day
then to Epcot at night for dinner

7:00PM for Tokyo Dining
back to resort

12/15
This day is my main concern​

Magic Kingdom for the whole day
lunch at either cosmic or columbia (suggestions?)
then
5:05PM Kona Cafe Dinner (what time should I leave MK to get to Kona Cafe?) what is the quickest way to go there
and also the quickest way to come back to MK

8:00PM is the Wishes (the only day out of our whole trip that will have Wishes )

12/16​

Hollywood (shouldn't be too long to play there)
then back to MK for the rest of the day

Finally dinner @ 'OHANA!!!! as stated above LOL
then Downtown Disney, but not sure how to exactly get there from the Poly resort.

How late does the buses run for downtown disney back to the resort?

if you guys can give me a good detail for the transporation and what time i should be leaving the park to get to the destination it would be very helpful

those are the restaurants we definitely want to go, if you think going to a restaurant a certain date instead of the other for transportation reasons, please let me know. I definitely want to catch the Wishes.

i just realized that i don't have the Fantasmic and the Osbourne lights anywhere there =/

this is what we planned out so far

1PM Yakitori House (QS credit right?) No way to make this with an 11:30 a.m. arrival unless you are getting transportation directly from the airport to Epcot. Since you have a package, you'll need to go to the resort first anyway. DME should get you to your resort by 1:00 p.m. Count on it taking at least an hour to get back to Japan in WS after that. I wouldn't book any ADRs before 2:30 p.m. or 3:00 p.m.
then head back to the resort to checkin around 3pm? question: can we check-in earlier, say...when we actually arrive? You can check in whenever you arrive and get your tickets, KTTW with dining credits, etc. If that's before 3:00 p.m. your room may or may not be ready.

thanks, yeah i don't think the 1pm is realistic hahaha

probably 2pm-3pm should be fine. since dinner will be pretty late
