I have never had more of a love for Disney Parks than I have at this point in my life and I have decided to create an ultimate Disney Parks scrapbook including pictures, moments etc from every Disney trip I've ever taken! I wanted to make it big and awesome so I found this scrapbook online:

http://www.centurybusinesssolutions.com/giant-scrapbook-album-sk049/extra-large-scrapbooks-pages/

I've been stocking up on the scrapbooking stickers from Michaels and A.C. Moore and I will DEFINITELY be stocking up on plenty of stickers and scrapbooking crafts from the World this year as well as random pieces of awesomeness, including unused fastpasses, napkins, etc.

I've made Disney scrapbooks in the past and considered taking them apart to help create this new one because they contain a lot of stuff I'd like to use in my new one. But I opted not to.

Any tips and secrets to making the greatest Disney scrapbook ever, let me know!!!

I hope you haven't taken many trips,:rotfl:, or that album will be 2 feet thick!:lmao:

Ha. Well next month will be my 12th trip to Disney World and I had my first to Disneyland last year. I'm looking at this album as the abbreviated versions of my trips; taking my favorite pics and making them the center point. Mostly family and characters pics and less of the sights and such.

Now THAT is a scrapbook. I hope you'll post the photos of the pages when you are finished. I'm looking forward to seeing them.

I would have a panic attack if I had to design pages that big :rotfl: I guess I would have to look at it like vertical double page spreads.

I've seen the big Martha Stewart album which is 18 x 18, but this is even bigger! I think it would be nice for large trips, but then I always wonder what to do about the background? I like to cover the whole sheet with paper, but with pages this big you wouldn't be able to do that. You could do 2 whole sheets with a border running down the sides. But I don't know if I would like the look. I guess if you are used to CM style, and not wallpapering the page it would be an easier transition.

Ooh, and the page protectors are separate. I wonder how much those are.

Or, if you turned the book, so it's landscape. Each page would be like a 2 page layout without the break. Thinking about it that way, I think I like it better. I wouldn't worry about coordinating the pages.

Oh. I knew the refills were separate (which I will be purchasing as well for future trips!) but I didn't know the protectors were. I don't know if I will need them for every page. Some pages I will want people to be able to open park maps and "interactive" (for lack of a better word) stuff like that. But that is good to know.

I went to art school for animation so something like this is a walk in the park! :goodvibes

I will definitely do that. I want to get everything ready to go before I leave for Disney next month so when I get back I can jump right into it! It will appease the Disney gods for a while and keep me sane. Lol.

I just really like an idea of a book this big because it will take such a long time to fill and there will always be room for new trips!

I like this idea. :thumbsup2

at Walgreens you can get your pictures made into small poster size......that might be prefect for the "perfect" picture!
