I know some of you wanted to see my trip report - I have started it on the UK Trip report board

I am upto day 4 so far

So if anyone is interested I would love you to have a look and with 21 days to write about I may be finished before Christmas

Wanted to pop in and tell you I am enjoying your TR. Your family is lovely...The pictures are great! I'm glad you had a great time.

This year we are going to Disney, but DH has made me promise our next "big" vacation will be back to the UK.....We love being on your side of the pond as well!

Absolutely!! We flew into Heathrow, got the car and drove straight to the border. We drove 1300 miles in 7 days (they calculated it when we returned the car). I'll never forget the man's face when he said that to us at the car rental kiosk.

I don't think I can tell you my favorite town in Scotland, because I enjoyed it all so much. DH loved one town we stayed in the Highlands....said if we could find jobs there, he would pack everything up and move there in a minute. Oh, how I wish we could.

I was reading your other thread about good manners and I had to laugh. We experienced the other side of this while we were there.

I could talk to you all day about our own trip, but I won't hijack your thread
