My Tiffany Towncar Experience

We decided to use Tiffany Towncar this year after waiting for over an hour last year for Mears to take us to our hotel. Our flight arrived 10 minutes early on 8/15 but our driver was waiting for us right at the bottom of the escalators near the baggage claim. He was very friendly and the car was in excellent condition. It was a very smooth ride to the hotel. As far as the ride back to the airport....that was a different story. (Dont worry it wasn't THAT bad) Our driver was supposed to pick us up at 7:00 pm . At 7:15 he was still not there so I called Tiffany's (the local number not the 800 number) Well, they didn't answer. So I hung up and called the 800 number (or 888 number I can't remember) and this time they did answer and told us our driver was on his way. He was just delayed because of the rain (and it was raining pretty bad). So he arrived 20 minutes late and off to the airport we went. Bottom line: here is how I would rate their service: 10 for the trip to the Polynesian , 6 or 7 for the trip to the airport (we almost got into an accident once because he drifted off into the other lane. That was pretty scary)

I used Tiffany in May. My driver was waiting for me when I arrived. We were early also and I had my bags with me. He was also early picking us up. I hope the lateness was just the weather and I hope the weather was the only reason for the drifting in the lanes.

We just used TTC a few weeks ago and everything was perfect. Our driver, Waseem, was waiting for us even though our flight was 20 minutes early and arrived right at the specified time for our early morning (4:00 a.m.) pick-up. The trip both directions went off without a hitch and I would recommend this company to anyone ... and have!

We were pleased with our first Tiffany experience in June as well. Our driver was courteous and on time. He also gave us his cell phone number if our plans changed (this was a big plus for us because our return pick-up was at 6:00 am for an early flight home). We were quite pleased and plan to use them on our next trip.

We used TT also. Hector was there waiting for us, even tho we also arrived early. He wasn't terribly chatty but we had had Don as a driver the last time. He was wonderful but not driving for TT anymore. So, Don was a hard act to follow!! But, I digress. On our departure day, the 23rd, Hector was actually 15 mins. early! We had a pleasant ride back to MCO. He was quite chatty and pleasant this time. I would recommend TT again.

Hi all-just got back tonite from a week @Ft Wilderness Cabins and we used Tiffany both ways and they were great!!Our driver on the way there was Sid and he was great!He took us to Publix as our grocery stop and told us he never uses Goodings as they are too expensive.He was very funny and had us laughing all the way there..Our driver on the way back was also very nice and was waiting for us 1/2 hour early.I greatly recommend Tiffany and will use them again next year when we return.

You know it's funny, because Hector picked us up from MCO on Aug 8th and was very chatty. Matter of fact, we arrived at 10pm and was kind of tired and he talked us the entire way to WDW. He must not have been on his A game when he drove you guys
