My tickets have disappeared??

It's logged onto my disney app, all is present and correct except it says I have no theme park tickets showing?? They were there a few days ago? Any ideas where they may have gone??

Our tickets disappeared from our MBs sometime between our nov (when we first used them) and our jan trips. Fortunately for DH I had his actual RFID ticket so he got into the park with the rest of the fam with that. I had to go back out to guest services and wait in that line and show the copies of the ticket I had attached and used to get it fixed then return to the entry line and wait again. Not a great way to start the morning.
When we stopped at guest services on main st on our way out to get DHs ticket fixed for the next day, they could not even find his ticket and kept insisting he never had one attached to his MDE acct. I finally pulled up my acct on MDE and I could see his ticket while the CM could not. He was mystified and wanted me to go and stand in yet another line that day to have yet another 'expert' try to find it. Um, no thanks
Make sure you take all your paper/plastic tickets and documentation of everything you put on your MBs - this system can b one glitchy mess. Also take screen shots of all ur FPs- we had to show those about 50% of the time when our bands wouldn't work for that either.

My tickets have disappeared several times. Sometimes for up to a few days, but usually they show back in a few hours. Often a log out and back in again or a refresh is all it takes. They are there, but they sometimes don't show.

This, every time I have had a glitch was when I have left the browser open and idle for more than 20 minutes. It was like it should have logged me out, but it didn't. Things just didn't work. I have had tickets disappear, I have had FP+ reservations disappear, I have not been able to make FP+ choices for half my party. They have all been fixed when I logged out and logged back in

Tried logging in and logging out and they still aren't there. Guess I will have to call disney at some point!

Fear not, after several phone calls in
roughly 30-60 mins in duration your issue will be resolved only to arise again 24 hrs later.
