My tapes came today!!

The WATP tapes and weights I ordered came today. I can't wait to try it out tonight after dinner. I think I'll stick with the 1mile to start even though I walk 1.5miles normally but I think my pace is slower than the tape. I also got my Richard Simmons tapes but I think I'll wait and try that out tomorrow since I know what to expect. I really can't wait to do WATP.

Ok Tammy I hope you did yours cause I just got done the 1 mile tape. NOw I know why everyone loves them so much. Leslie is great and I didn't realized I'd get in a good upper body workout too! I might even do the 1 mile again tomorrow even though I don't usually work out on tues b/c its such a long work day but this is great. ON wed I'll try the 2 mile I think. The 1 is good but I think I might be up for the 2 mile.

I love those tapes too honeymo and my husband even joins me when doing it some times! We did a 2-mile WATP walk tonight!
