My SW flights have gone way up-so glad I bought when I did!
me too.. i finally had to get on the Mrs and tell her we needed to buy our dec tix as they are already costing us $30 each more then a week ago.. our oct tix have gone up and up also..
That's odd. I'm sure we're flying out of the same airport and I haven't noticed Southwest going up at all. Although I guess we are checking different dates.

Hmm...I'm not seeing the crazy price fluctuations at all for my early/mid November and early/mid December dates.
They used to do more than two non stop flights per day?
Airtran is probably the reason for that. The Columbus prices have been so crazy lately~ My family of 5 is going to Orlando in January but we are splitting up and flying out there on 3 separate days, just a matter of days apart. We've seen prices as low as $96 and as high as $255 each way depending on the dates and flights. I've been checking for about 10 days straight now and they have fluctuated literally every day! About a week ago, they were crazy high (even higher than $255) finally we booked yesterday with their 4 day sale deal.
With Southwest, to get the best deal, you have to really be on top of it and even then take a chance. (Credit is great but not always usable!)
You'll also notice that Southwest is flying many less nonstop flights between CMH and MCO.![]()

We just started using Southwest because they are cheaper than Jet Blue. What do you need to do if your flight decreases in order to get credit? How do you use the credit?
