My son placed 3rd in region !

So of course being "THE Wrestling Mom" I had to come and brag!
My son placed 3rd in the toughest region in the state of Texas ...

Off to UIL State Wrestlign in 2 weeks WISH me lots of luck ... I need it

We are still pretty hyped up , I forgot to say that the Ft Worth paper had a pretty good size story about him on the sports page. He was very happy about that what kid doesnt want his face in the paper though ??

yea it is pretty easy for me to watch but I still do not have a voice from this past weekend. As a wrestling Mom you know the drill you wait for your sons 6 min of glory for the whole day

With my son ( just bragging a little) it is just about 1-2 min or to translate 1st period . He is 60 and 2 this season . Both losses to the #1 guy in State .
My son is 180 and this is his last year , he will have to go 189 next year because only Texas HS has 180 .

how did your son do this season ?

how did your son do this season ?

I am very impressed!!! Last year was my son's last season, he's a freshman in college now and his school doesn't have a wrestling team (thank goodness). Instead he traded in his football and wrestling passions for Rugby, a no pads, no rules combination of the two!!!! We made it through the fall season with only one concussion, I'm not a fan!!
