Is your sister at Baptist or Jackson hospital? PM me if you guys need anything while here. We've spent enough time in B'ham at Children's to know how tough it is being in a hospital out of town! I'm glad to know she is doing better, too. If she is at Jackson's or Baptist South, I work near those two and could visit briefly on my lunch break. I'll keep you guys in my prayers.

Please, take care of yourself. Try not to overextend yourself (I know it is easy to say and difficult to do.) Your sister is in good hands right now. You must make sure you are cared for in order to be there for your family.

And, if this is hereditary as you said, make your doctor's appointment.
