Hello everyone….I would like to share with everyone about my most nerves planning of my life time.

First let me tell you about myself. My name is Penni and I am a 45 year old, wanting to go to Disney ever since I was there in 1988, but with 2 daughter’s and to date are in college, I finally made up my mind to do a DREAM trip about to the most wonderful place on this earth…..WDW

It all started back in April when I made up my mind to finally do it for myself. So the end of May I finally booked my trip. 5 nights at the Pop Century, Magic my way with dining and a 4 day park Hooper.

Well then September came and my sister wanted to go with me, I got so excited because this would be our first trip to WDW since we was about 7 years old (1972). So the more we talked about it, my sister was on the phone with Disney adding her to the package, Then she was on the phone with Air Tran making our flight.

Well to make a long story short as of today (10-14) my sister called me and told me that she can not go to Disney and she wanted me to call Disney to see if she could get a full refund. Well she was getting a full refund.

So I am back to go to the world as a solo person. I would love for her to go, but to be honest I am glad to go by myself, I am so excited ……….Just 7 more weeks

So here is what I have planned so far. Flying out of Dayton, Ohio on Dec 2. Using the Disney Express, Made all my dining plans. So all I have to is pack……..I can’t wait to get back and tell you all about my trip and show you all, all my picture’s……Thank god for a digital camera that can take up to a thousand pic’s.

How exciting for you to be going back. It truly is a magical place and like I was telling someone the other day, I love having the "child within" me come right on out when I see that castle. When I see it, I'm a 5 yr old little girl again and dreaming that I'm a princess.

And, you're so right about digital cameras - what a difference from our film days, huh?

 You are my first post  Thank you..
Yes, I remember when I went in 1988 and went in on Main street and saw the castle, I just could not belive I was there, I think I was also 5 years old again. thank you again.

Before I tell you all about my dining plan's, I also wanted to say I have my ticket for Mickey's Merry Christmas:santa:

When I arrive on Tuesday, Dec 2 - I will be having dinner at the Grand Floridian Cafe. I don't have any plans about going to the parks the first day, I will be spending the day looking around downtown disney and the differnt hotels to see what they have up for christmas.

Wedesday night ----50's Prime time.......hmmmmmmmmm fried chicken
MK for the morning then MGM (sorry I know that is not the name of it today) for the afternoon and supper.

Thursday ------MK day, AK afternoon then back to MK for dinner at Crystal Palace then Mickey's Merry christmas for the evening.

Friday -------Epcot for morning then AK for afternoon and supper at the AK logde ..Boma

Saturday ----- I just don't know what park in the morning, But Epcot (worlds) afternoon and supper at Coral Reef.

Does anyone have any input about these places to eat...Remember I have not been to WDW since 1988....

Penni,

You have some good choices for restaurants. We ate at BOMA and 50s Prime Time for the first time this week and enjoyed both. We ate at CP for breakfast this trip but ate there for dinner last trip. We're always happy at CP.

You're doing a lot of hopping. Is there a reason that you just don't go to a park and stay there. It takes a while to transfer from park to park.

I just can't believe it, One week today I will be at the world.
I am sorry for not updating sooner but I just have been super busy. Plus my Uncle passed away Oct 8th.
I have gotten all my stuff in the mail from disney. I have made my list for what to do each day. (I will share that when my do my complete trip) and of course tons of picture's.
I want to take this time and tell everyone Happy Thanksgiving and I will be talking to you all when I get back from the "world" on Dec 7th.
