My selling timeline.....

Closing on our VWL contract finally went through today. We listed it with the Timeshare Store and closed with Magic Vacation Title. Here is how it played out:

Listed with TTS on 10/20/2014
Sold on 11/29/2014
Passed Disney ROFR on 12/27/2014
Documents from *** rec'd on 1/16/2015
Seller docs rec'd on 1/23/2015
Buyer docs rec'd on 1/27 (without funds) - closing was supposed to be by 2/2
Buyer funds rec'd on 2/5
Closing was today, 2/11/2015

Never sell a contract with the statement "will close on or before ?/?/???? or 45 days from estoppel. That extra 45 days was absolutely ridiculous!!!

I am glad it's over and I probably will never sell my BCV points
