My Save the dates..

What do you think? Does anyone know how to edit it so the black writing in white over the dark background, but black every where else? I've got photoshop, but I'm still a complete novice!

Any criticism welcome!

Looks great!

In Photoshop if you look on the layer tool bar there is a pull down menu that defaults to 'normal' (it's to the left of 'opacity') play around with the other options (overlay etc..) one of those should make the color change depending on what is behind it

One thing though Disney World is two words and properly written out as Walt Disney World or The Walt Disney World Resort. I'm a stickler for proper nomenclature

I really like the components of the save the date, but I think you're right, it's a little busy.

I think it's tough to tell if the focus is the words or the picture
I don't have photoshop so I couldn't seperate the layers, but I improvised to see what it would look like...

I think with that background and your picture it'd really be pretty...

I LOVE the concept - but I don't like how the type covers mickey and minnies faces. The one that gibsi53 did is much easier to read and much cleaner looking. I would play around with it a bit but I wouldn't write over the picture. The calender idea is really cute!

If you are in Australia, why aren't you getting married at hong kong?? Its so much closer - if we were that close we would have it there in a heartbeat!

I did consider Hong Kong - or even Tokyo, but the reason I'm leaning towards WDW is because there's so much more there then just the parks, my brother in law has night blindness, so rides like haunted mansion, pirates of the caribbean and any dark ride he wouldn't be able to go on, because he wouldn't see a thing!

Plus, that Wedding Pavillion is just too beautiful!!

Ok, so I changed it...

What do you think of the brown colour? Does it look too pooey? My colours are supposed to be chocolate and gold, but I cant print gold... So, back to my question, does the brown look pooey?

I love it! In general brown is not my favorite color but I think it works really well with the pink. I don't think it looks pooey but if you are worried about it just make it a shade or two darker. Overall I would say that you are ready to print as is. I really really do love it.
