I have been trying to call for 2 days to cancel a reservation that I can't cancel online. I know they are going through the system upgrades the last two weeks- but this is crazy. I've tried calling at all times of day- and can never get through. I'm constantly put on hold for 5-20 min, then asked if I want to take a survey and hung up on- never getting to chat with an agent.

Frustrating..............and I'm "losing" my magic, LOL

Ok, thanks for letting me vent. Please tell me I'm not the only one having problems getting through after being on hold for a long time. Can I just cancel with the conceirge when we check in tomorrow?
 
Yes you can just cancel when you get there. You can always apologize for the last minute cancellation...due to "their" system being down. They will understand that.

No need to get frustrated with a cancellation....think of the frustration if you are trying to BOOK a reservation.
 
It was for Sunday morning. Funny, I posted while I was on hold again- figuring this was the last time I'd try- and go figure- I FINALLY got through. I guess you just have to post about it ;) LOL

Good to know I can cancel at the concierge if we have any other cancellations. Thank you!

Yeah It should took me an hour and a half to make reservations at CRT for breakfast for our trip in Jan. I had to do it online with them and then have them reverse the credit card charges since we're on the deluxe dining plan!

You are not alone. I too have 2 lunch ADRs for the same day and really want to cancel the one. I made the second one after I had to adjust the time for one of my family members. Now I can't get online and cancel the first one. I think there are going to be alot of empty tables. I can't stand using my cell phone to sit on hold. I plan to just cancel when I arrive. I do keep trying to go online to do it every few days, but none of my ADRs show up now.
 
I must have gotten lucky. I called riday 10/22 at 11:15am and got right through - about a 3 miunte wait.
