My precious DGD.......

Some things that I have learned about her in the last 5 weeks.

She loves to press her cheek against my face while I hum to her. She is particularly fond of a 4/4 rythmic pattern, using the notes F# and D.

She like to sit up, be held up, and propped up. She doesn't like to be laying down.

She likes to be wrapped up "papoose-style" to sleep.

She loves her Mommy and always responds beautifully to her touch and voice.

She doesn't like to go to sleep. She loves to be awake and part of the action.

She is absolutely gorgeous. People stop us in public places to admire her.

She loves creaky rocking chairs.

She likes her formula warm.

She prefers my left shoulder for cuddling.

Her sweet cooing melts my heart.

She always burps twice after 3 ounces, often louder than my 9 yr old DS.


Quite a special little girl, IMHO.
