I've had nothing but trouble with them lately. Stopped getting emails (except for monthly statement) back in June. They said it was my email provider's fault. Can't see why. No trouble getting mail from anyone else, and MyPoints was not showing up in bulk either. Plus, they were not crediting half my purchases.
On their advice, I changed my email address with them to my MSN address. Same story. I have listed them as "allow" but sill get nothing, except for an email from them saying "We haven't seen you in a while and we miss you." All this time I have continued to make purchases and still half have not been credited.
I just sent them proof of 6 uncredited purchases and am awaiting a reply.
They used to be flawless, but it has been a struggle lately.
