My Points Web Certificates

I usually lurk and must thank you all for the info you so freely give regarding points programs. Thank you!

I have a question about the web certificates. My understanding is that you can use them like a credit card, correct? If so, can you order Disney Park Hoppers with them? Pay part with the certificates and the rest with cash or cc? Can you do this thru your travel agent also?

There are a few ways it can be done.

If you purchase your Disney passes at WDW itself or at the Disney store, you can get a plastic web certificate and use it just like a Mastercard. You can pay the cash portion first and have the remainder put on the Webcertificate.

If you want to use a credit card and the Webcertificate at WDW itself or the Disney store, you must have at least enough to purchase one pass on the Webcertificate. The remaining passes can be purchased with your regular credit card.

You can also use a credit card or check card to add enough to your Webcertificate so that you can make your entire purchase using the Webcertificate plastic card.

If you don't want to get the plastic Webcertificate, you can use a credit card or check card to add enough to your online Webcertificate to purchase the WDW tickets through their online service.

Or you can purchase something else you were going to buy online anyway with the webcertificate and put that "cash" towards your WDW tickets.

print the
webcertificate page that shows your name and address with the account # and exp date to TDS and have the CM put the # in manually and you can buy $DD (i always feel better if I have the $DD in my hot little hand this saves the $6.95 charge for the plastic card I've done this 3 times and only once did I have a CM say she needed the plastic card most aare interested in rewards programs if you have any ?S please write good luck
