My Points Spending Help

On 7/27 I spend my points to get a WEB Certificate. I spent my points in Online/Internet so I could buy off the internet. And I thought it would be an email. Now I'm confused. I have recieved nothing?? The status page says shipped??

And it says this:
Your order will be shipped via US First-Class mail or other method as determined by MyPoints, and/or its Partner. Please allow four to six weeks for delivery.

What did I or they do wrong??

Please help!!

You'll get a webbie - it is an online thing - like a mastercard but no plastic (although you can order the plastic for a small fee).
you'll be fine. should get the webbie soon.

they will send you an email when it is ready and you just click on the link to set up your account. From then on, any more webbies you get are simply added to your account balance.

I just wanted to add that MyPoints seems to fill these in batches once a month. So depending on when you redeem and when they fulfil the order, it could be a few weeks until you see your Webbie. In the past it seems they arrived around the middle of the month.

The email will actually be an email from MyPoints that says something like "Your Webcertificate from MyPoints" in the subject line.
