Outside of them taking away RainForest G/C's, and many others, plus raising the point cash in value, I have noticed over 50 people have read this thread and only one person replied. My question is, is there anyone else having a problem logging in which seems to be the problem I am facing. Thank you for listening.

I e-mailed their customer service today and specifically asked about WebCertificates and Rainforest Cafe Gift Cards.....I received this generic e-mail in return (within a few hours):

I figure they receive alot of this type of e-mail and send out the generic reply first to see if the member's question is answered. I replied and specifically asked about Webcerts and RFC again. I will post their reply as soon as I receive it.

I also think that they have been sending this reply for a few weeks now....so, they seem to be behind on updating the site.

I noticed the Office Depot special returned where you get 5,000 points if you spend over $400 at Office Depot. I order my company's printer ink from there and get about 5,000 points every other month.

I also noticed that most of the prize redemptions stayed around the same level...1300 to 1500 for $10 redemptions.....3200 to 3500 for $25 redemptions....etc. Hopefully the WebCerts and RFC redemptions will stay about the same as before.

Their site is definately not finished. Some of the stores are there but when you clink on them the link to get the points does not show up.

I think they pushed the new site out too soon, and pulled the old one offline too quickly. Redemption partners seem to be changing almost daily. I suspect things will be closer to normal in about another month or so when they're done.

To the the poster who was having log in problems, don't forget the new site has you sign in with your email address, NOT your old MyPoints user name. I know it took me about 4 days to remember that.

WalMart and Target are no longer offered, either.
I just got a WalMart gift card last month. Now I can't get one anymore.
I'm disappointed about RFC and web certificates. I used my Web Cert. to pay off some of my upcoming trip.

I sure wish webbies would get back! I want to cash out so bad but I want to wait til I know if webbies will be back or not. I just re-ordered my plastic card since my other one expired in June....

I emailed them as well, as I love to get the RFC cards...
And I also got the generic email... Saying they are not done updating the site yet.

There is a Yahoo group that talks about MYpoints, and some guy posted that he was mad about that Hilton honors was gone...
Here's a reply from someone who says they work there..

"Hey there -

I work at MyPoints and I just wanted to tell you all that we are still
getting all of our offers and redemption options posted to the
website. Hilton HHonors in particular has to be set up a particular
way and they are still testing everything to make sure it functions
properly before posting it to the website. We have not removed any of
our offers. You'll see them all within the next few days - we hope! "

That was posted on July 27th...
I wrote and asked about the RFC cards, still being put back, but got no responses...

So, wait, we must...

Maybe if enough people email them about it....??

Just wanted to keep everyone updated....

I posted on 8/22 about sending an e-mail regarding WebCertificates and Rainforest Cafe Gift Cards. I received the generic response stating that they are still in the process of completing the new site. It also stated that I could reply to that e-mail to ask about particular merchants.

I replied immediately on 8/22 asking about WebCerts and RFC specifically. I am just now (8/24) receiving an automated e-mail in reply stating that they have received my 2nd message and due to an increase in mail volume with the new site to expect a response within 3 to 5 days.

So...just wanted to keep everyone updated. Hopefully, I'll receive something in the next few days and can post another update.

As for the HHonors offerings...they are up and running. It's a little different than before. In the past, you could redeem 1,000 MyPoints for 1,000 HHonor points. Now, they have it listed as 2,500 MyPoints for 2,500 HHonor points. Same transfer ratio...but, they seem to have raised the minimum required to make the redemption.

For all my complaining about the website not being up for me, my husband finally figured it out. I wish I had complained to him sooner. I couldn't shop or redeem or even see how many points it took to redeem all because of our internet security site. Now if I want to actually shop through mypoints I can disable the security then enable it as soon as I'm done. I've received about a 5 or 6 e-mails from MyPoints trying to walk me through various things related to cookies. I'm very excited now.

I've asked 2 times about Webbies and been assured both times that everything would be back in 3 - 4 weeks ... are we there yet? I hit 7000 points the day AFTER the new site was launched and was keying up to cash out that week. This program is beyond frustrating right now with the lack of vendors I like to redeem with.
