My Points Questions? HELP

Does anyone know how long it takes for points that you earned but have not been applied to be added to your account for spending? I keep emailing them and they give me different anwsers in the email. The points are for a DELL computer. I paid and already received the computer (Oct 6 order date).


How long does it take once you order your gift cert.? I just ordered the Rainforest Cafe and hoping to get it before Dec. 16 trip.

Shopping points are SUPPOSED to be credited within 20 business days usually (1 month). But, lately I have had to repeatedly email them for some points, others are credited really quickly. In a recent email from them they said they are experiencing technical difficulties and hope to have the problem fixed soon--I don't know how true that is. I usually email them on the 21st business day, then they email back in a day or so to apologize and say it will be 5 business days (another week!) Then, on the 6th business day, I email AGAIN. I am still waiting for OshKosh point from early September, but all my other points have been credited.

As far as GC's ordered, I usually get them in about 3 weeks. I've read that it varies, though. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you to receive in time for your trip--it should make it! Have fun at the Rainforest Cafe!

I know the feeling! Good luck! I'm sure you'll get them, but hopefully you'll get them sooner rather than later!
